This was released just a few days ago on longislandwatch.com and also has a video showcasing the new three Islander Dive watches that are now available for purchase. After just a little bit over a week when the new Islander Field watches were released, we are now being treated to the new dive watches. As for the specifications of the watch it has not really changed from the earlier dive watches that were released, but if there was nothing wrong with it why change it in the first place. The three new dive watches comes in three colours with some slight changes due to the high request by fans. I have done a post about the new Islander Field Watches which you can check out here, you can clearly tell I am a bit of a fan of Marc and his channel on YouTube, and to reiterate I am not sponsored.

I will go through the specifications for the watches as they vary slightly to each other. The green dial version comes in a 38mm case size with an embossed ceramic bezel insert. The model number is #ISL-73 and as the previous models it comes with a double-domed anti-reflective sapphire. The hands, hour markers and the watch logo are luminous. As any dive watch should the bezel is uni-directional, this is still the same as to what was released previously. The watch is 13mm thick and the green dial version comes in a jubilee style bracelet, which a lot of people would be very excited for. It genuinely suits the dial of the watch really well and especially for the case size. All three watches come with an engraved case back, with the islander logo. Also, as a dive watch all of them come with a 200m water resistance and the NH36 movement. This is an automatic movement from Seiko that also supports hacking which means that the second hand stops moving when the crown is pulled out to change the time. It also has an impressive power reserve of 41 hours fully wound.

Now the red dial (#ISL-66) and the black dial (#ISL-65) is slightly different to the green dial version. The red dial and the black dial come in a samurai style case. The bracelet is different to the green dial as it comes with a standard stainless-steel bracelet with three blocks side by side with the two outer blocks slightly smaller than the centre. Honestly, the picture below will give a better idea of what it looks like compared to what I attempted to write. The black dial version comes with a slight change in the bezel as it is the only one out of the three releases with a sapphire bezel, while the others come with a ceramic bezel. The bezel on the black dial is also slightly different in appearance as it has the signature Seiko samurai look with the top right-hand side has no numbers up until the 15 minute mark.

Out of the three watches as Marc as mentioned in his video the red dial is my favourite one and will be the most popular. I do think it will sell out very quickly, he did also tease that there is a lot more releases that are lined up or news. I am hoping it will be a dress watch, as this is my favourite style and for what these watches are being priced at it is more than reasonable. The #ISL-66 (red dial) comes at a price of $299, while the #ISL-73 (green dial) and #ISL-65 (black dial) come at $329. They are all currently available to be purchased on longislandwatch.com and they all come with a 1 year warranty.
