Brand History

Breitling

Most people who have heard of Breitling would be most familiar with the iconic pilot watch the Breitling Navitimer, but there is a lot more to this brand than just that one watch. Breitling does not have the popularity among watch brands such as Omega or Rolex, but the quality of the watches they produce can easily rival these manufacturers. While some of their achievements might be clouded by other manufacturers what they have achieved is definitely still worth discussing.

Brand History

Breguet

Many would be surprised knowing that Breguet was founded in 1775, and even more surprised with just some of their notable patrons including: King George III, Queen Victoria, Alexandre I of Russia, Queen Marie-Antoinette, Napoleon Bonaparte and Sir Winston Churchill. Breguet has continued since their inception to continuously innovate and create incredible timepieces as well as jewellery but this post is going to be focusing on just their timepieces.

Brand History

Audemars Piguet

If you ever heard of the holy trinity of watches you would have definitely heard of Audemars Piguet, or if you are a fan of rap music you would have heard it referred to as an AP. The holy trinity of watches also known as the big three is where Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe and Vacheron Constantin have earned their place through their history and their inventions as watchmakers. It is debated whether it should be the big four and add in A. Lange & Söhne, or whether this is actually even justified. Either way the reputation for Audemars Piguet is very well respected in the watch industry and for very good reason.

Brand History

A. Lange & Söhne

This watch manufacturer/brand has a very rich history in comparison to other watchmakers. And a part of this brand guide is to give a quick look at their history and what started these manufacturers and where they are now. As well as their current watches available on the market. Even though I cannot pronounce their name I will still try to give a good overview of A. Lange & Söhne.
