First ever Islander Open-Heart Dress Watches

Islander has released some of the best dress watches priced at just under $200. The specifications available on the watch paired with the pinstripe dial, will make a lot of people definitely consider this as a purchase before looking at other variants. The two watches are the #ISL-97 which has a cream colour pinstriped dial and the second watch is the #ISL-98 which has a black colour pinstriped dial.

Islander as a brand has constantly been making watches that are both very affordable and also beats the specifications of a lot of other watches available at those price points. The dial watches from Islander have been nothing short of amazing and it was only a while before they make an open-heart dress watch. Hopefully, sooner or later Islander makes a dress watch with a small seconds hands. While it might not be to everyone’s taste I think it should definitely be considered in the upcoming Islander line up.

Both watches are identical to one other except for the dial colour and leather strap colour. They both use an NH38 automatic movement and despite it being a dress watch it is rated for a 100m water resistance. Both watches feature an open-heart window at the 9 o’clock position which shows the balance wheel of the movement. They both have applied silver hour markers and a silver sword-style hour and minute hands. The case is made out of 316L polished stainless steel which is 39mm in diameter and is 11.5mm thick. The back of the case has an exhibition style window which allows everyone to view the movement. They both have sapphire crystal and comes with an alligator grained leather strap which also includes a double push-button deployant clasp. The #ISL-97 comes with a cream-coloured dial with pinstripes and has a brown alligator grained leather strap, while the #ISL-98 comes with a black-coloured dial with pinstriped and a black alligator grained leather strap.

With everything that has been mentioned it will be a surprise to most that it is only priced at $199, and given the track record with customer reviews there has been nothing but positive reviews all around.
