Casio in collaboration with Pokémon has announced a new watch for their Baby-G collection. The watch comes in the Baby-G Casio style and has a lot of detail and references to the beloved Pikachu. As standard with any Baby-G watch there is a multitude of features available that both makes it a very interesting collaboration and also a very versatile watch.

There has been a previous collaboration with Pokémon more specifically Pikachu last year, however this one is a bit more special. As this not only is another collaboration with Pokémon but it is also in celebration of the Baby-G’s 25th anniversary. The watch also comes in a special Poké Ball case which I think just makes the collaboration even more perfect as everything is detailed for the collaboration. I will go into more detail as to what some of their many details are on the watch and what the price of this watch and when it will be released.

The strap of the watch comes in a Pikachu camouflage style print, and the watch case comes in pastel pink as well. The strap holder has a pink Pikachu etched on with the tail to be in the shape of a heart. The hour and minute hands of the watch is coloured gold with black and white tips on the ends of the hands, further showing more resemblance with Pikachu more specifically their ears and face. The watch also has Pikachu and #025 printed on the face of the watch. Now for the actual specifications and what the watch is capable of, it comes in the classic Baby-G measurements and also has the following features: shock resistant, world time, 1/100 second stopwatch, timer, 12/24 hour format, full automatic calendar, 5 alarms, LED light and shock resistant.

It will be exciting to see what other collaborations will happen in the future, and there seems to be no signs of it stopping anytime soon. The watch will retail for $150 and will be released for purchase in February, the date depends more specifically in which region you are in. It can be bought online through G-shock or through select retailers.
