Unfortunately, there will be no recommendation for watches that cost $0 as that either involves stealing or having it gifted to you. Nevertheless, I will recommend some good, quality watches that you can purchase under a $100. All prices are in USD.
Timex Weekender Chronograph (Roughly around $60)
A quartz watch with a 40mm case size. For the price and its versatility should definitely be looked into if this is your budget range. The case is water resistant to 30 metres, and depending on the colour of the watch this will be paired with the same colour strap in a nylon or even leather. A warning to people buying this watch, multiple people have complained about this watch having a very loud ticking sound.
Casio AE-1200WHD (About $50)
This watch has its own very unique design and also comes with the most features. Some of its functions are as follows; LED light, 4 time zone display, stopwatch function, timer and ability to set 5 daily alarms. The battery of this watch will last for 10 years, and has a water resistance for 100 metres making it perfect for swimming. The case is 42mm which will suit most wrist sizes.
Vostok Komandirskie 431289 ($40)
If you are looking for the style of a diver, this will be a good watch choice. The only issue is that the water resistance is very weak at 30m, meaning it cannot be taken for swimming at all or near any water. It does have a rotating bezel and luminous hands and hour markers. It does have a manual movement meaning you will have to wind and set the watch every day.
Seiko Ladies Sur864 (can be found around $80)
It has a 29mm case with a white dial and also a hardlex crystal (mineral). It is a quartz watch and also is water resistant to 30 metres. The bezel of the watch is set with Swarovski crystals, giving it a very elegant and classy look.
Fossil Ladies ES3282 (can be found around $80)
If you do not like the gold tone from the Seiko, you can get this watch which is entirely in a steel colour. It has a quartz movement and a 50 metre water resistance. It also has crystals set around the bezels, on the strap as well as some of the hour markers.
